We operate a full on 24 hour 7 day a week emergency repair service which enables the tenant to be confident that any problem is dealt with immediately by us one of the partners will attend the property within 30 minutes to personally inspect the problem as well as calling out a tradesman thus keeping full control over what repairs are actually required.

Consultant Garry Kaxe is a qualified lawyer and retired Commissioner for Oaths with over 40 years’ experience in the local residential and commercial property field dealing with all aspects of property development, management, letting, sales and purchases. He is a retired Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives retired Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Partner Nicholas Kaxe is an experienced residential & commercial lettings and sales manager with over 18 years experience in the industry having been previously with high street firms in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire where he gained extensive qualifications and knowledge of the property market. Nicholas is a member of the Association Of Residential Letting Agents and a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Gary Deverell is an experienced sales manager with over 40 years experience in the industry running agencies throughout the Berkshire corridor, spending the last 25 years running his own independent agency Chequers estate agents in the Thatcham area specialising in town and country properties who merged with Henwick Properties. Gary is also a Fellow of the National Association Of Estate Agents.

Partner Andrew Kaxe is an experienced accounts & property manager having gained over 15 years’ experience within the partnership and with ARLA training courses. Andrew is a member of the Association Of Residential Letting Agents.

Jess Kaxe is an experienced office administrator specialising in legislation compliance, scheduling, day to day residential property maintenance and general administration.

Ben Pullinger is an experienced residential sales, lettings and property manager having previously worked with high street firms in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas.

Sue Aldworth is an experienced residential sales and lettings administrator with over 20 years experience specialising in sale progression, block management, accounts receivable, scheduling and general administration.
